The rooms are exceptionally clean and cozy, the bed is comfortable. It has stunning and absolutely perfect location close to everything. It's just off the trolley that comes by hourly a goes down to the center where all the vendors as well as a residential area away from the big hotels.

I got great value for my money at Holiday House. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. The location was amazing, right on the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at a charming inn near Old Orchard Beach and had a wonderfully peaceful weekend. The rustic rooms were surprisingly comfortable and clean, and I couldn't believe the breathtaking view of the ocean right from my room. The continental breakfast was simple but enjoyable, especially when enjoyed overlooking the ocean. The staff was friendly and responsive, and they even went out of their way to help me retrieve something I had left behind. While there were a few minor drawbacks, like a faint musty smell that dissipated with the air conditioning, and slightly rough sheets, the overall experience was fantastic. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, and having a communal kitchen was a bonus for family gatherings. I highly recommend this inn for a relaxing beach getaway.
